Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a ci777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that each of the following conditions is satisfied:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ci777 may request age verification documents at any point and may suspend your account pending verification.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or restriction preventing you from contracting.
• Genuine play: You are registering for genuine recreational purposes and not on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• Single account: You do not currently hold any other ci777 account and have not previously had an account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide — including your mobile number and name — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your details promptly if any information changes.

ci777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying any of the above at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on ci777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ci777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. By making a deposit, you confirm the funds are yours and originate from a legitimate source.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Deposits below this amount will not be credited. ci777 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited within 30 seconds of confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact ci777 support with your transaction reference.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Requests below this amount will not be processed. ci777 reserves the right to apply daily withdrawal limits and may process large amounts in multiple instalments.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same mobile wallet used for the account's most recent deposit. ci777 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets not registered in the player's name.
• Withdrawal conditions: Before your first withdrawal, ci777 may require identity and payment verification (KYC). You must have wagered at least 1x your total deposited amount before a withdrawal request will be accepted.

Fair Play Rules and Prohibited Conduct

ci777 is committed to a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all associated balances and winnings potentially forfeited at ci777's sole discretion.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using ci777 to commit fraud, launder money, or conduct any unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. All suspicious transactions are monitored.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game is prohibited. Suspected collusion results in immediate account suspension and review of all associated game history.
• Exploitation of errors: Exploiting any software error, malfunction, or pricing error on ci777 is prohibited. Winnings from an identifiable technical error are void and will be removed. You must report any suspected error to ci777 support immediately.
• Abusive behaviour: Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at ci777 staff or other players via any ci777 channel is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile wallet provider for a deposit made to ci777 is prohibited. Any chargeback results in immediate account suspension, and ci777 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ci777 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of ci777, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities.

ci777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. ci777 will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. ci777 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

• ci777 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to log out of their account on a shared device, resulting in unauthorised access by another person.
• ci777 is not liable for losses arising from a player's voluntary decision to wager real-money funds on any game. All wagering decisions are made by the player at their own risk.
• Where ci777 is found liable for any claim arising under these Terms, ci777's total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

ci777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual players. When Terms are amended, the updated version will be published at ci777.vip/terms-conditions with a revised last-updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ci777 after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision.
